This equipment is an automatic and precise fiber threading equipment independently developed by FOCC, which is multi-brand, multi-type, multi-specification ferrule and fiber design.

 

Overview

This device, independently developed by FOCC, is an automated, precise fiber threading machine that supports multiple brands, types, ferrules, and fiber designs. Compatible with MT/miniMT/Jumper series ferrules, it improves assembly efficiency and yield, is easy to operate, and is suitable for high-density fiber production.

Process

● The optical fiber must be threaded through a boot and thermally stripped. The cut ends must be flush (step difference no greater than 0.05mm).

● MT and other connectors are pre-applied with glue (pre-prepared AB glue must be applied within 1 hour).

● A jig is used to manually place the MT, thread the boot, and secure the optical fiber. The fiber is automatically threaded into the MT.
