1. Four grinding programs (30U,9U,1U, ADS) can be written at the same time to start any grinding program at will to improve work efficiency
2. The lapping program is displayed by microcomputer LCD, and the lapping time, lapping speed and lapping times can be displayed at the same time, so that the process quality can be controlled more easily
3. The grinding fixture adopts four-angle pressure, and the grinding pressure is determined by the pressing amount of elastic cushion. It is easy to operate, and the product has high machining precision and good consistency
4. It can produce geometric end faces conforming to IEC standards
5. Planetary trajectory grinding mode, grinding speed can be adjusted at will (0-120 RPM)
6. Using the new I.P.C fixture (each cartridge can be pressurized independently) technology, the industrial production rate is higher, and the grinding effect is the same whether one or 40 connectors are ground, with high operation flexibility
7. MU and LC connectors can be ground up to 48T, SC, FC and ST connectors can be ground up to 36T
8. Using high quality heat treated stainless steel, the machine maintains very high accuracy and practicality
