Stranded Loose Tube Non-metallic FRP Strength, Non-armored Fiber Optic Cable GYFTY
GYFTY fiber optic cable is a non-metallic cable used for power transmission system, excessive thunder areas and high electromagnetic interface. Its mainly application is for aerial or duct use. We supply both single mode GYFTY cable and multimode GYFTY cables. GYFTY FRP locates in the center of cores as a non-metallic strength member. The cable tubes, which are filled with filling compound, are stranded around the strength member. Then the aramid yarn is applied over water proof material, the cable is completed with a PE sheath. GYFTY cables are available from 2 core to 144 core. It is used in high-voltage area for long distance communications. | ![]() |

Feature:
1) Full cross-section water-blocking structure to ensure good water blocking and moisture resistance
2) Loose tube is filled with special ointment for a key fiber protection
3) High-modulus glassfibre reinforced plastics (FRP) central strength member
4) With all-dielectric (non-metallic) structure, and light weight, the fiber is convenient for laying, excellent in anti-electromagnetic capacity, and applicable to power system and multithunder area.
Performance Indicators:
Applications: Suitable for long-distance communication and indoor communication
Way of laying: overhead, pipeline
Operating temperature: -40 ~ + 70 ℃
Bend radius: static 10times of cable diameter
Dynamic 20 times of cable diameter

Fiber coloure Identification of loose tube with FOCC
the fibers in cables can be identified by standard colour identification in compliance with YD/T901-2001 Standard.
Standard colour Identification
Note: A. when the fiber count of one loose tube is less than 12, the fibers are identified form the NO.1 colour on a stream.
B.in standard colour identification, the NO.6 white colour could be replaced by nature colour, which called standard colour identification W.
The coloure Identification of loose tubes in cable
the loose rubes in cable can be identified by pan-chromatograph
